benefits of essential oils

essential oils are my favorite way to relax and unwind after a long day. a few of my favorite ways to use them is through a diffuser, in the bath, and in a non-scented lotion. a few of my favorites are lavender, rose, and eucalyptus. everyone prefers different smells but they all have amazing benefits nonetheless.

some of the benefits include:

  • fights cold and flu symptoms
  • relax your body & soothe sore muscles
  • heal skin conditions
  • alleviate pain
  • balance hormones
  • improve digestion
  • reduce cellulite & wrinkles
  • clean your home

no matter what kind of day i had or how i am feeling health wise, there is always an essential oil to do the trick for me.
